Fleegle Sensei began his martial arts training in 1973 in Okinawan karate and trained for 4 years between 1973 and 1981. Fleegle Sensei first trained in Aikido in 1974 under Jon Takagi Sensei of Arizona Aikido. He continued his Aikido training in 1994, in the Seidokan style of Aikido, quickly rising to the position of sensei of a branch dojo in Glendale, Arizona. In 2005, Fleegle Sensei established White Tanks Aikido in the Surprise / El Mirage area, a rapidly developing area located in the NW corner of the Phoenix metropolitan area.

Fleegle Sensei has taught hundreds of children, youth and adult students since 1996 and has trained handicapped and special needs students. He holds the rank of Sandan, third degree black belt.
